Our services are intended for businesses, professionals and agencies acting in the course of their trade or profession. By subscribing you confirm that you are acting for business purposes and not as a consumer.

Our services are currently offered to businesses in the United States, Europe (excluding Spain), Latin America and Asia.

We offer: (a) subscriptions to software tools — BlogFort App, MATRIX and MWBFA (the “Tools”) — delivered as web applications that run in your browser; and (b) managed SEO content services provided under a separate written quote (the “Managed Services”).

Access to a Tool is granted after a subscription is purchased. You must keep your access credentials confidential and are responsible for activity under your subscription. A subscription is licensed to one organization; you may not share it with third parties, resell it or offer it under another brand, except under a written Enterprise agreement.

• Prices are shown in US dollars on our website and exclude applicable taxes.
• Subscriptions are billed in advance, monthly or annually depending on the plan, and renew automatically until cancelled.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your full card details.
• We may change prices with at least 30 days’ notice before your next renewal; the change applies from that renewal.
• If a payment fails, we may suspend access until it is resolved.

We and our licensors own the Tools, their code and the BlogFort brand. During your subscription we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Tools. You own the content you create and the output you generate with the Tools, subject to applicable law and third-party terms.

The scope, price, timeline and payment terms of Managed Services and custom builds (websites, apps, AI phone-call agents and content) are set out in a written quote that you accept. Prices depend on scope, volume, languages and on whether maintenance and updates are handled by you (handover) or by us (managed plan). You agree to provide the information we reasonably need. Revisions are limited to those stated in the quote. You are responsible for reviewing the deliverables, for publishing them and for their compliance with applicable law.

Maintenance and management plans are optional, are billed as stated in the quote and may be cancelled with effect from the end of the current billing period. Once a custom build is paid in full, you receive the right to use the deliverables for your business; our Tools, templates and underlying code remain ours. Preferential terms for regular customers are agreed in writing case by case and do not create any automatic entitlement.

We may update, improve or change the Tools over time. We make reasonable efforts to keep them available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service, except as stated in a written Enterprise agreement.

You may stop using the services and cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access for material breach of these Terms or non-payment. On termination your licence ends; because your data is stored on your own device, remember to export it beforehand.
